The system will automatically calculate the tariff difference you will have to pay for the upgrade based on your current plan usage information.

Tariff difference = Total tariff of the new plan - discounts (not applicable if there are none) - (actual tariff of the old plan / number of days of the plan) * number of days remaining. The new plan will become effective immediately upon payment. The corresponding plan level and resources, validity period, cost, etc. will also be displayed after payment.

Unfortunately, we do not support downgrading while your current plan is in force.

But you can pay for a new plan in advance for it to be in force immediately after your current plan expires.

In the professional version and above, you can add additional accounts.

One additional account costs 29$ per person per month.

You can log in to both the main account and sub-accounts at the same time.

The rights to use the functionality of sub-accounts are the same as that of the main account and can be managed by the main account.

The residual balance in your account is due to the fact that the total order value of the new plan was lower than the value of the unused portion of your old plan when you upgraded your plan, resulting in a residual balance after the difference was made up.

This situation usually occurs when upgrading from a low level long term plan to a high level short term plan.

Calculation of Rate Difference = Total Rate of New Plan - (Actual Rate of Old Plan / Number of Days of Plan) * Number of Days remaining.

Difference in tariffs = 499 - (369 * 12 * 0.8 / 365) * 335 = -2752

*The coefficient 0.8 in the calculation implies that the tariff plan at a cost of 369$ per month was purchased for a year (12 months) with a discount of 20%, ie, paying 80% of the original cost of the package.

Thus, the balance of your account is 2,752$, which is the residual formed after the upgrade plan.
